Bridge Programme in Practical Nursing
Practical nurses who have completed the Diploma / Vocational Qualification in Social and Health Care, work with and for people. Practical nurses know how to meet clients and patients of different ages and promote their health and well-being through their actions. Practical nurses work with nursing, care, education, and rehabilitation tasks in the social and health care sector. They can help and guide the client and patient, based on the client/patient’s resources, individually and equally in everyday situations. They can guide the client and patient in maintaining his/her functional abilities, as well as regular lifestyle, e.g. nutrition, physical exercise and life management.
Who is it Aimed at?
- Upon successful completion the candidate will be provided by Certificate of Vocational
Skills by the National Board of Education.
