Pathway to Employment

Pathway to employment is for those , who are looking for an employment , but need skills and experience. The pathway program combines training and on the job industry experience that provides opportunities to connect with an apprenticeship, traineeship, or further training and employment.

What programmes are currently available?

Practical nurse : get apprenticeship ready to start a rewarding career in aged care and disability support, where you can make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Future Chef : get a job ready to turn your passion for foods into an exciting career as a chef take you to restaurants, hotels and resorts.

Early Childhood Education and Care: get job ready for a fun and rewarding career in child care, with the opportunity of getting paid internship to become industry qualified.

CNC technician:- get job ready to work as a CNC technician and the opportunity to go in to a paid on-the-job-training that you can set up for a great career.

Construction worker:- this pathway focuses on skills and knowledge to set you up to work on civil construction projects such as buildings and other facilities.

About pathway to employment programmes

The pathway to employment programme all have the following key features:
Training:
Each programme includes theoretical and language training that candidate will be completed in at a specified VET provider. The training is a skill set, which contains nationally accredited units of competency that have been selected to provide the candidate with job ready skills and competencies relevant to up-skill the candidate industry qualified.

Work Placement:
The candidate will undertake a work placement with an industry employer. This will give you valuable real hands on experience to add to what the candidate learn in training.

Employment options:
We have worked with leading employers in a range of industry areas, who are looking for skilled workers. At the end of the training, the candidate may be offered an employment, an apprenticeship or traineeship.
