Bridge Programmes

Bridge Programme is a pre-employment training programme, intended for non-European citizens who are already in possession of a diploma / degree / relevant studies, but who lack particular set of skills and competencies in accordance to the EU specific requirements to gain an employment. The customised training programme will hence bridge ‘missing knowledge gap’ and allow the talent to acquire job immediately after the training programme.Bridge programme are designed to ease career domain up skilling and pave the way for long-term career progression.
